You have lost...Dont' beat yourself up too much. You have lost a lot and that's awesome. I have finally learned I can workout as much as I want (since I happen to love it), but it's all about calories. I was just eating too many whether they were healthy ones or not...just stress eating at times that would sabbatoge my efforts. I have 9 lbs to lose and I'd like to do it by Halloween...my 36th birthday.
