To have a pregnancy with no cravings would be awesome, but it's never happened for me. :( Just don't stress about it, don't think you "can't" have this or that, other than for health reasons, and maybe you won't feel the need to just pig out from "food rebellion" as I call it. Breathe, relax, enjoy being pregnant, and eat what you just have to have to settle a craving but don't be Jessica Simpson. It took me about 6 months to really not miss it anymore. I rarely even buy gluten free bread or specific gluten free products anymore. I've slowly found different things to eat that aren't related to bread or other gluten free products. It's still kinda frustrating at times. THis weekend I was making cupcakes for my daughter's birthday, bummed I couldn't eat more than a spoonful of frosting, ha! Then I remebered we had rice krispy treats in the cupboard, so I slapped frosting on that and voila--gluten free treat :) So now when I have to make birthday treats, I'll make sure to have a rice krispy treat around for myself.

Congrats on the pregnancy! Hopefully as you move into the 2nd tri you will feel better and be more motivated to keep on with health and nutrition. The exhaustion of the first tri sucks the life out of you!!Corrinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04491213912278655711noreply@blogger.com
