Green Power

We all know how I love to make smoothies and juices. Smoothies are my thang {yes I said thang}.  I love green smoothies because it's a great way to make sure I get in all my veggies. I'm soooooooo bad about getting veggies in.  So here's another smoothie recipe I created. :)

1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Kefir
2 cups organic spinach
1/3 cup frozen organic broccoli
1 stick of organic celery
1 organic apple
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
2 tbsp coconut oil

Basically.....find anything and everything good for you and blend it up! ;) jk...kinda.

This one wasn't as easy to get down as my berry green smoothie or my peach green smoothie. But It was packed with vitamins!  I shared this bad boy with my husband.

I need more smoothie recipes!!

This is just what I need. I had just started making my own Kefir. Then my Dad got sick was in the hospital and then passed away. I was trying to make some healthier choices again, but honestly just haven't had a lot of ambition lately. Not because it is healthy. I love healthy. I just been in the middle of wanting all my comfort foods. Love you blog!!
