Hi Adrienne, I want to congratulate you on your weight loss and healthy lifestyle - I know how hard it is to loose post baby. Aside from that, my question is more in regards to your lifestyle, diet, and supplements as you were trying to conceive. a)Were you exercising often or losing weight aggressively while ttc? b) What type of diet as in more veg/fruit/dairy/meat did you have while ttc? c) If you did take supplements - which ones? did you take them previously to getting pregnant? did you take different ones with each pregnancy? thank you in advance for your help, Emilia

Hi there! I read your natural childbirth story on wellnessmama's blog. Thank you for sharing. I am 38 weeks with my husband and I's first baby, and planning on doing natural. Hearing some tips during labor and what pain you went through is encouraging me even though I am very nervous. Weird question, can I get your eggnog recipe? And any tips for postpartum?
